Hotel Art de Vivre **** Crans Montana, Switzerland
There was a hotel called the Beau-Site. Then there was a transformation. It was a place, with a history. White in winter. Green in summer. Now, a lotus flower serves as the hotels new image, and as a perfect metaphor, with its remarkable properties, both culinary and aesthetic. And then came a change of identity. The Beau-Site hotel was renamed as the "ART DE VIVRE" and the restaurant became "TOUT UN ART" The art of hospitality, the art of dining, the art of presentation... Its a whole new aspiration, and a philosophy in itself. In addition to this change of identity, there was also a desire for renewal, both in the rooms, which are being redone little by little, and in the entire service offer. The traditional boarding-house style menus have been replaced with an a la carte selection. And the rainy-day doldrums have been replaced by a Well-being center with activities for every age and taste. In short, everything ordinary has been replaced with the true art of living: l’Art de Vivre!
